Hook Law Enters a New Chapter of Leadership and Growth

There are moments in your career that make you pause and reflect.

Today is one of those moments for me.

Becoming the owner of Hook Law isn’t something I view as an achievement—it’s a responsibility. It’s the responsibility to preserve the trust that families have placed in this firm for decades while ensuring we’re building an organization that will serve them for decades to come.

Over the past several years, we’ve invested heavily behind the scenes—in our people, our systems, our technology, and our culture—not simply to grow, but to create a stronger experience for our clients and a better place for talented professionals to build meaningful careers.

I owe a tremendous amount of gratitude to Andy Hook for the confidence he placed in me and for the legacy he created. Few people have the opportunity to steward something with this kind of history, and I don’t take that lightly.

The legal profession is changing. Client expectations are changing. Firm ownership is changing. I believe the firms that thrive over the next decade will be the ones that embrace innovation without losing the personal relationships that built their reputation in the first place.
