Chaya Woods

Chaya Woods joined Hook Law Center in 2024 as a Client Coordinator and transitioned to the role of Estate Planning Paralegal in 2026. Through her dedication to client service, attention to detail, and commitment to professional growth, Chaya has become an integral member of the Estate Planning team.

In her role as an Estate Planning Paralegal, Chaya works closely with attorneys and clients to assist in the preparation and implementation of comprehensive estate plans. She helps coordinate and draft estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, advance medical directives, and related planning instruments. Chaya is committed to ensuring that clients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the planning process.

Drawing on her experience serving clients in multiple capacities within the firm, Chaya brings strong organizational skills, efficiency, and attention to detail to every matter she handles. She values building meaningful relationships with clients and takes pride in helping individuals and families create plans that protect their loved ones and preserve their legacies.

Chaya earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from James Madison University and her Master of Business Administration from Regent University with a concentration in Healthcare Management. She values lifelong learning and enjoys being part of a team dedicated to helping families prepare for the future through thoughtful and personalized planning.

A Hampton Roads native, Chaya enjoys staying physically active through Pilates, strength training, and running. In her free time, she enjoys reading a good fiction book, spending time with friends and family, and keeping up with her energetic rescue dog, Agnes, whether they are playing fetch or exploring new trails together.
