Courtney Williams joined Hook Law in 2023, beginning her career with the firm as a legal assistant supporting client coordination, operations, and marketing initiatives. In January, she transitioned into a paralegal role, where she now focuses primarily on estate administration while continuing to support the firm’s client-centered mission. She is deeply committed to helping clients feel informed, supported, and at ease during often complex and emotional processes. Her attention to detail and steady communication style allows her to play an integral role in delivering peace of mind through reliable guidance and outstanding service. Courtney is actively pursuing her Paralegal Certificate through Auburn University, demonstrating her ongoing commitment to professional growth and excellence in the legal field.
Courtney’s dedication to service extends beyond the office. She is a trained Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA), passionately advocating for children who have experienced abuse or neglect. This work reflects her core belief in standing up for those who need a voice and aligns closely with her commitment to service-driven legal work.
Originally from northwest Missouri, Courtney now resides in Chicago with her husband and daughter. As a Navy spouse of over a decade, she brings resilience, adaptability, and empathy to every aspect of her work. Outside the office, she enjoys reading, practicing Pilates, and supporting her daughter’s involvement in Girl Scouts.
