Donna Gabriel

Donna Gabriel joined Hook Law in 2025. She is an experienced paralegal with a strong background in estate planning, guardianships, conservatorships, and civil litigation. She supports attorneys and clients with a detail-oriented and client-focused approach, ensuring that each matter is handled with care and efficiency.

Donna has worked in the legal industry for over three decades, bringing a wealth of experience with her to Hook Law. Her responsibilities have included managing estate planning files from intake through execution, drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance medical directives, coordinating client communications, and preparing materials for hearings and trials. She is skilled in organizing and maintaining client records, recording deeds, notarizing documents, and ensuring compliance with legal and administrative requirements. Donna has also supported attorneys in probate and trust administration, and has experience preparing client binders, managing deadlines, and facilitating the smooth execution of estate plans.

She holds an Associate’s Degree in Business from Ursinus College and a Paralegal Certificate from The Pennsylvania State University. Donna is also a Virginia Notary.

Originally from Pennsylvania, Donna now resides in Virginia Beach with her husband. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active and can often be found at the gym, where she maintains a consistent fitness routine.
