Erin Gustafson joined Hook Law in 2025, bringing a strong foundation in legal administration and a deep personal commitment to client care. With experience supporting attorneys in litigation and bankruptcy, she is skilled in managing case files, drafting pleadings and petitions, coordinating court filings, and maintaining all matters with accuracy and efficiency.
Erin’s path to elder law was shaped by her own caregiving experience, which fuels her passion for helping families plan for aging and long-term care before a crisis arises. At Hook Law, she focuses on Long-Term Care Planning as well as Estate Planning and Estate Administration. Her work reflects a blend of administrative precision and empathetic client support.
Known for her resource coordination, marketing savvy, and ability to build meaningful connections, Erin is highly organized, goal-oriented, and dedicated to client satisfaction. Her legal research skills and attention to detail make her a valued member of the team.
Erin lives in Virginia Beach with her family. Outside of work, she enjoys CrossFit, reading, and traveling. Her travels include camping across the U.S. as well as exploring international destinations with her family. She is active in her church community and finds joy in cooking and sharing meals. As a mother of three teenagers and caregiver to her mother living with Lewy Body Dementia, Erin brings both professional insight and personal understanding to her role.
