Kate O’Brien brings over a decade of experience researching case law, drafting motions, orders and conducting discovery on state and federal cases. After working with the City of Norfolk on delinquent property tax matters, Kate joined Hook Law, where she focuses on litigation, guardianship and conservatorship. She takes great pride in the trust she receives from her clients during a challenging time.
