Lani LeStourgeon

Lani LeStourgeon joined Hook Law in 2026. She brings a background in project management, business operations, and strategic planning. Her experience allows her to approach organizational needs with a practical, detail-oriented perspective, and she strives to improve processes, support effective operations, and ensure that client needs are addressed thoughtfully and efficiently.

Throughout her career, Lani has worked closely with business leaders and clients to manage complex projects and implement solutions that enhance organizational effectiveness. Her experience includes implementing project management systems, overseeing a variety of client engagements, coordinating resources, and developing standard operating procedures and performance metrics to support informed decision-making and consistent execution.

Prior to joining Hook Law, Lani worked in the accounting software industry, where she gained experience in financial analysis, compliance, and software implementation. In these leadership roles, she gained a firsthand appreciation for the importance of preparation, clear communication, and meticulous attention to detail—qualities that continue to guide her work today.

Lani graduated from Virginia Tech and resides in Virginia Beach with her miniature dachshund, Luna. Outside of work, she enjoys Pilates, running, reading, and traveling to Central and South America.
