Lisa Conrad-Monts serves as a Trust Officer at Hook Law, supporting the firm’s fiduciary services and estate administration practice. She works closely with the firm’s attorneys and estate administration paralegals in the administration of trusts and estates, including beneficiary relations, distributions, fiduciary accountings, and compliance matters. Her approach emphasizes structure, thoughtful processes, and sound risk management throughout the administration process.
Lisa brings more than 35 years of experience in the trust and wealth management industry. During her career, she has held senior trust and advisory roles with Bank of America’s U.S. Trust Division, SunTrust’s Private Wealth Management Division, Old North State Trust, and Atlantic Union Bank’s wealth management division.
She has administered hundreds of trusts and estates, settled estates, prepared and reviewed estate and trust accountings, and overseen trust compliance across large portfolios of accounts. Throughout this work, Lisa has helped individuals and families navigate significant financial and estate-related decisions with care, discretion, and close attention to detail.
