Natalie Molina joined Hook Law in November 2025 as a Client Coordinator. Backed by seven years of experience in consumer banking and home lending, she delivers a professional intake experience and seamless handoffs across the firm, supporting the Hook Law standard of clarity, comfort, and confidence.

Before joining Hook Law, Natalie held finance roles at Navy Federal Credit Union, Dollar Bank, and JPMorgan Chase. Her work included supporting personal and home lending solutions, maintaining compliance, balancing daily cash operations, educating clients on financial resources, and performing qualitycontrol functions.

Known for her calm, solutions-oriented approach, Natalie brings the day-to-day capabilities that keep client intake running smoothly: high-volume multiline phone triage, appointment and calendar coordination, precise data capture and documentation, and clear, empathetic communication (in English and Spanish). She is adept at guiding clients through next steps, gathering required documents, and recording detailed notes, all while maintaining the regulatory compliance and attention to detail honed in her banking and lending roles.

Originally from Arizona, Natalie now calls Chesapeake, Virginia, home, where she lives with her two cats. Outside of work, Natalie values spending quality time with her friends and family. She also enjoys exploring her creative side through various artistic pursuits.
