As our President, Andrew “Andy” Hook, transitions to Chairman of the Board of Directors, Tejal Desai steps into the role of Chief Executive Officer.
These changes are designed to position Hook Law for long-term growth and continued client success. Andy Hook will remain committed to working with many of his longtime clients while turning his focus toward the firm’s future. Tejal, who has been a proven leader as our Chief Operating Officer over the past three years, will lead us forward with vision, innovation and excellence.
