Kelly Roulaine brings more than 15 years of experience in financial operations and wealth management to her role as Hook Law’s Director of Operations. A strategic leader with a strong background in process improvement and team development, Kelly is dedicated to optimizing efficiency and enhancing client service as Hook Law expands across the Commonwealth and North Carolina. Kelly specializes in streamlining workflows, implementing internal audit procedures, and developing strategies to drive success. Her expertise in change management, project coordination, and strategic planning ensures smooth firm-wide operations, aligning resources to support our long-term growth. Prior to joining the firm, Kelly served as Operating Officer at Brown Advisory in Norfolk, where she managed daily operations and led an expansion across three Virginia locations. A native of Hampton Roads, Kelly holds a B.S. in Finance and Economics from Old Dominion University.
